With a Master of Science in Engineering from Arts et Métiers ParisTech, complemented by certifications in Business, Strategy, Finance, Organizational Structure, Company Culture, Management & Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania, my background combines technical rigor with strategic business insight.
Over the past 15 years, I held senior positions in both mid-sized and global industrial companies, operating in demanding international B2B environments, particularly in the Space, Aerospace, Defense and Connectivity sectors.
In every role, a consistent focus on customer value, strategic clarity and operational execution has driven success. By combining long-term vision with short-term agility, and by mobilizing the collective intelligence of teams, I consistently delivered results in some of the most demanding and regulated markets worldwide.
In 2023, I launched CM Success In Motion with the mission to support industrial leaders, especially in SMEs, in addressing their most critical strategic and operational challenges. This includes providing a holistic, 360° perspective, drawing on cross-sector experience and best practices, and turning insights into concrete, actionable strategies.
